We are a bunch of science geeks and spend our days and nights reading the latest research to come out of organisational psychology, cognitive science, neuroscience and other disciplines to understand what has actually been proven to drive better and more profitable results through innovation. We then translate these findings into practical tools and strategies that we teach to, and use with, our clients.
